This page is used for the entry of
FIELD NOTES. Create a new page of notes for each day
of the collecting trip. A single collector must
not use multiple pages
of notes on a particular date, even if several collecting sites
are used in one day. Use only one page of notes for each day.
Also, it is not necessary for each person on a collecting trip to
keep individual notes. A single page of notes, where the name of
the trip leader is entered as COLLECTOR, will sufice, but the name of the other
collectors should be included in the typed notes.
